The department of Landscape Architecture was thrilled  to partner with Agricultural Education for a two-day summer event dedicated toward teaching high school Agricultural Educators from across the state about Landscape Architecture. Educators came to Lexington where they met with a variety of professionals and got an up close look at topics relating to plant science and Landscape Architecture.

During this two day event, educators explored the Arboretum, learned about the Landscape Architecture career path, traveled to downtown Lexington to learn about public spaces, and got an up close look at residential Landscape Architecture by visiting Springhouse Gardens.
