Recruiting efforts are underway to present the Landscape Architecture major and career path to the next generation. Recent recruitment efforts have included participating in the Tennessee Governors School for the Arts program as well as sharing the major with K-12 schools across the region. 

Kentucky School for the Deaf 

On Monday, June 10th, Academic Coordinator Tasha Cotter presented the Landscape Architecture major to the Kentucky School for the Deaf summer Ag Camp. The theme for the camp, The Art of Horticulture, was a great link to Landscape Architecture, which encompasses the design, planning, and management of the natural and built environment.
